OSLO purchased the property at 5713 Ayrshire Boulevard in the Highlands neighborhood of Edina. The location overlooks the expansive Highlands Park and has easy access to Hwy 100 via Vernon Avenue. The project plan was to demolish the existing split level home, rebuild an energy efficient two story home with a classic appearance, and resell the property within six months. s

Designed as a family friendly layout, the upper level consists of four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a large exercise/playroom. The master bedroom suite includes a vaulted ceiling with views overlooking the park, a master bath with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, separate vanities, and a large wardrobe closet.

The main level has a circular floor plan that is ideal for comfortable family living and entertaining. A modern kitchen was positioned for easy access to all requisite rooms: the deck in the back, the dining room / butler's pantry, and the garage for groceries.
